How to request deletion

1. Email harigrocerypluss@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Tell us which app you use: Grocery+ (customer) or Grocery Stores (store owner).
3. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile (name, email, phone, picture) and saved addresses.
• Your notifications and push-notification tokens.
• For store owners: your store, products, images, offers, advertisements and notices, once any open orders are completed or cancelled.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of completed orders (items, prices, totals, dates), because stores and we must keep them for accounting, tax and dispute resolution as required by Indian law. Your name and contact details are removed from them except where the law requires us to keep them.
• Security logs kept by our hosting providers for a limited period.
